Abstract:Thyroid cancer is the most prone to early cervical lymph node metastasis,and the transfer rate is high,which requires to determine the lymph node metastasis and metastasis of regional clinicians before operation for clinical doctors in order to avoid dissection of cervical lymph node is insufficient or excessive dissection.Ultrasonography has realtime,noninvasive,simple operation and other advantages,and it has become the preferred method the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis.This review mainly summarizes the application of ultrasound in cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.
