Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the Application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission time, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention, while patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, bedridden time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe incidence of complications in the observation group(7.50%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),the nursing satisfaction(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),the bedridden time and hospital stay[(3.56±1.25),(7.89± 3.25)d]were shorter than those in the control group[(7.59±3.65),(15.23±3.69)d],and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionGiving evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the degree of nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
