Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in colonoscopy, and to provides the reference for its clinical application.MethodsFrom March 2015 to October 2016,100 patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Oxycodone group and the Fentanyl group,50 cases in each group. The oxycodone group was given Oxycodone combined with Propofol, and the fentanyl group was given Fentanyl combined with Propofol. The anesthesia effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThere were no differences in anesthesia induction time, wake up time, heart rate, breathing rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure in the two groups(P>0.05).The narcotic success dose, wake up dose and the EC50in the Oxycodone group was lower than that in the Fentanyl group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of respiratory depression in the Oxycodone group was lower than that in the Fentanyl group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionUnder the same anesthesia and anesthesia recovery,Oxycodone combined with Propofol in colonoscopy is safe and effective, and with less Propofol dosage.
