Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the application effect of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasonography in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods106 pregnant women who were examined in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the order of pregnant women.In the control group,pregnant women were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound.The pregnant women in the study group were diagnosed by vaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic accuracy between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than 69.81%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe appllication of vaginal ultrasonography in the ecctopic prenancy,the effect of early diagnosis is significant,and the application value is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
