不同护理模式在小儿高热中的护理效果

摘要目的探讨对小儿高热患者分别行常规与针对性护理的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月小儿高热患者100例，随机分为干预组与对照组，各50例，两组均给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上实施针对性护理，比较两组护理效果。结果护理后干预组患儿体温为（37.5±0.2）℃，低于对照组的（38.3±0.2）℃（P＜0.05）；干预组患儿临床总有效率为96.0%，高于对照组的80.0%（P＜0.05）；干预组患儿护理总满意度为98.0%，高于对照组的84.0%（P＜0.05）；干预组患儿护理后并发症发生率为6.0%，低于对照组的20.0%（P＜0.05）。结论临床中针对小儿高热患儿，在实施常规护理的基础上给予针对性护理措施，可明显促进患儿康复，改善患儿高热症状，提高患儿家长护理满意度、降低并发症发生率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of the routine nursing care and the specific nursing care in children with high fever respectively.Methods 100 children patients with high fever from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided randomly as the intervention group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given the routine nursing care.On the basis of the routine nursing care,the specific nursing care was given to patients in the intervention group.Nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Temperature of children patients in intervention group was（37.5±0.2）℃,lower than（38.3±0.2）℃of the control group after the nursing care（P＜0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of children patients in the intervention group was 96.0%,higher than 80.0%of the control group（P＜0.05）.The nursing care total satisfaction degree of children patients in the intervention group was 98.0%, higher than 84.0%of the control group（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of complication of children patients in the intervention group was 6.0%,lower than 20.0%of the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of the routine nursing care,the clinical application of specific nursing care to children patients with high fever promotes the rehabilitation significantly.Additionally,it also improves the degree of satisfaction of parents of children patients, decreases the incidence rate of complication,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
