Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of painless ward management mode in postoperative patients with cholangiolithiasis.Methods 30 cases of cholangiolithiasis treated in our hospital from January to May in 2016(before the establishment of painless ward)were selected as control group,30 patients with cholangiolithiasis treated in our hospital from June to October in 2016(after the establishment of painless wards)were selected as the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing and health guidance,the experimental group was given painless ward management mode on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative pain,ambulation time,intestinal ventilation time,sleep duration,hospitalization time and the degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the experimental group at 6,12,24,48,72 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Postoperative ambulation time,intestinal ventilation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the sleep duration and the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of painless ward management mode in postoperative patients with cholangiolithiasis is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
