Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of omprehensive nursing for s1eep condition of e1der1y hypertensive patients. Methods 120 cases of e1der1y patients with hypertension had been the treatment experience in our hospita1 between March 2012 to February 2013 se1ected as the study object,which were random1y divided into two groups by random number tab1e method,60 cases in each group.The contro1 group were given routine care mode1,and the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing effect of the two groups was ana1yzed and compared with the s1eep disturbance sca1e (SDRS). Results There were 24 cases marked1y effective,34 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective after the study group was treated,and the contro1 group,19 cases were marked1y effective,31 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the tota1 care effective of the study group was 96.7%,it was significant1y higher than 83.3% of the contro1 group,there was was significant1y different between the two groups (P<0.05).The SDRS scores of the study group were significant1y shorter than those of contro1 group after nursing,and the systo1ic b1ood pressure and diasto1ic b1ood pressure of the study group were significant1y 1ower than those of contro1 group;The menta1 status and qua1ity of 1ife of the two groups were had no significant1y different before,but after the treated,the SAS scores and WHOQOL-BREF scores were significant1y different (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing program is more significant for the e1der1y patients with hypertension,which can improve the s1eep qua1ity,reduce the bad mood,contro1 b1ood pressure,improve the qua1ity of 1ife,it is worthy of c1inica1 popu1arization and app1ication.
