Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Atorvastatin Calcium on carotid atherosclerotic plaque and High sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods60 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and carotid plaque from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were given Rosuvastatin Calcium for treatment,30 cases in observation group were given A-torvastatin Calcium for treatment, the treatment effect was compared between two groups, and the serum levels of hs-CRP and blood lipid levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment, the effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of control group of 73.33% (P<0.05);the serum hs-CRP concentration, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment, and lower than those of control group after treatment(P<0.01).ConclusionAtorvastatin Calcium can effectively reduce the acute cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hs-CRP and blood lipid levels has significant curative effect on carotid artery plaque, which is worthy of clinical application.
