Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application method and effect of"psychological assessment tool in patients with surgery before operation".Methods1000 patientswith surgery treatment treated by Shajing People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City from January to June 2015 were selected as study object.Self-rating anxiety scale,trait anxiety questionnaire and“psychological assessment tool in patientswith surgery before operation”was used respectively to evaluate the anxiety degree of patients and the reliability and validity analysis was conducted,and all data were analyzed and treated statistically.ResultsThe scoreand the total score′s correlation reached a significant level,the correlation coefficientwas above 0.4;Cronbach alpha coefficientwas 0.809,the split half reliability was 0.863,the test-retest reliability was 0.611,and the self-rating anxiety scale of all factorswere significantly correlated,correlation coefficientwas from 0.162 to 0.603;"preoperative anxiety evaluation table and the total score of trait anxiety questionnaire were significantly correlated,the correlation coefficient was from 0.290 to 0.371.ConclusionRevised"preoperative anxiety evaluation scale"has good reliability and validity,provides the evaluation index and reference basis for assessment of preoperative anxiety,and it isworthy of clinicalwide promotion and application.
