Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with gallstone.M ethods 100 cases with gallstone treated by our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,and they were divided into two groups,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing,the life quality,nursing satisfaction degree,complication and mentation between two groups was compared respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the score of life quality in the observation group was significantly higher(P＜0.01),the nursing satisfaction degreewas significantly higher(P＜0.05),and the incidence rate of complication in the observation group was significantly lower(P＜0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression score in the observation group were significantly decreased,and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing for patients with gallstone can effectively improve the quality of life,psychological state,reduce complication in patients,but also improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
