Abstract:Objective To explore the neurosurgery nursing implementation of performancemanagement and value of research.M ethods Nursing performancemanagementwas implemented in our hospital from January to December in 2015, and nursing performance management was not implemented from January to December in 2014.Nursing performance management included nursing workload,job level,patient satisfaction,quality of nursing work,etc..Business ability,quality of care and patient satisfaction scores were compared before and after the implementation.Results The business ability score and nursing quality score of nursing staff after performance nursingmanagementwas higher than that before the nursing performancemanagement,with significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of nursing staff after performance nursingmanagementwas(97.36±2.36)points,which was higher than(88.36±3.98)points before the performancemanagement,with significant difference(t=17.3972,P=0.0000).Conclusion The performancemanagement system of nursing in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital can enhance nursingmanagement,effectivelymobilize nurses′working enthusiasm,exert their creativity and initiative,and which can improve their own quality,professional ability, nursing quality and patient satisfaction,it isworthy of clinical popularization and application.
