Abstract:Objective To explore diagnostic value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury.M ethods From January 2013 to April 2016,60 cases of suspected patientswith knee ligament injury in our hospitalwere selected as research object,all patients received MRIexamination,and the results of arthroscopy was set as the"gold standard"for diagnosis,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury were calculated,the diagnosis coincidence rate of MRI in anterior cruciate ligament,posterior cruciate ligament,lateral collateral ligament andmedial collateral ligament injurieswere calculated.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI in knee joint ligament injury was respectively 94.12%,88.89%,93.33%,97.96%,72.73%,the diagnosis coincidence rate of MRI in anterior cruciate ligament,posterior cruciate ligament,lateral collateral ligament and medial collateral ligament injuries was respectively 91.89%,94.44%,91.67%,90.00%.Conclusion In the diagnosis of the knee joint ligament injury,MRI technology is used to detect knee joint ligament injury and has the advantages of accurate diagnosis and noninvasive diagnosis.
