Effect observation of Yiqi Huayu therapy combined with Cefradine treating lochiorrhagia after cesarean section

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huayu therapy combined with Cefradine treating lochiorrhagia after cesarean section.Methods From October 2015 to March 2016,60 patients with lochiorrhagia after cesarean section meeting the standard were randomly divided into two group.Control group was given Oxytocin of 10 U for intramuscular injection,once a day,and oral Cefradine Capsule,0.5 g every time,three times a day.The treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Shenghua Decoction addition,7 successive days were a course.Results The total effective rate for total curative effect in treatment group(86.7%)was higher than that of control group(66.7%);the total effective rate for TCM Syndrome in treatment group(86.7%)was higher than that of control group(70.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huayu therapy combined with Cefradine treating lochiorrhagia after cesarean section has a obvious curative effect and it is worthy of promotion.
