Abstract：Objective To discuss the clinical effect of after image comprehensive therapy treating amblyopia.Methods 178 cases with amblyopia(220 eyes)treated by our hospital from September 2012 to September 2015 were selected and they were divided into control group(69 cases,88 eyes)and treatment group(109 cases,132 eyes).Patients in control group were treated by conventional amblyopia treatment while patients in treatment group were treated by after image comprehensive therapy on the basis of control group treatment.Clinical effect,the time of visual acuity level return to normal and incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,the time of visual acuity level return to normal in treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of after image comprehensive therapy treating amblyopia is very obvious.
