Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients with chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis.Methods 88 cases of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital from January to December 2015 were Selected,and randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The observation group was used the high quality nursing intervention,and the control group was used routine nursing.Ⅰncidence of peritonitis between the two groups,including the patient′s physical function,psychological function,social function and material life, quality of life were compared.Results The peritonitis rate of observation group was 9.1%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(15.9)%.The physical function,psychological function,social function and material life,the total score of quality of life respectively of observation group were(65±7),(82±8),(81±9),(76±7),(73±8)scores,which was significantly higher than that of control group(49±6),(7±9),(63±8),(63±10),(61±7)scores,the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Quality care interventions used in peritoneal dialysis chronic renal failure,not only can effectively reduce the incidence of peritonitis,while improving the quality of life of patients,it should be promoted.
