Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of susceptibility-weighted magnetic resonance imaging sequences in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) patients. Methods 68 CMBs patients diagnosed by clinical and surgical pathology from January 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research group, susceptibilityweighted imaging (SWI) and routine sequence (T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR) was given respectively, and the result was compared. Results The detection rate of T1WI,T2WI and FLAIR was 8.8%,16.1% and 55.9% respectively in routine sequence, the detection rate of SWI in CMBs was 97.1%,there was significant difference (P<0.05).Results SWI in CMBs diagnosis has important application value, which can used as one of the complementary sequencein the diagnosis of CMBs.
