Abstract:Objective To analyze the chest imaging characteristics of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza and to provide evidence for clinical reasonable diagnosis and disease evaluation.Methods 20 cases of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza from October 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research group,chest imaging material and characteristic was analyzed.Results Main chest imaging features included 4 cases of patchy shadows,8 cases of groud-glass opacity,3 cases of consolidation,2 cases of air bronchogram,1 case of reticular changes,2 cases of pleural effusion,1 cases of enlargement of mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes.8 cases of involvement of the bilateral lung and 12 cases of involvement of the single lung.Conclusion Features of chest images of patients with human infection H7N9 avian influenza shows some characteristics with no apparent specificities,which has important significance for clinical timely treatment.
