Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose treating acute pancreatitis. Methods 86 caseswith acute pancreatitis treated by our hospital from January to September 2016 were selected as subject investigated,and they were randomly divide into study group and control group.Control group was treated by conventionalmethods,while research group was treated by Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose on the base of treatment of control group.Curative effect and remission time of symptom,eating time,hospitalization time,the incidence of adverse reaction between two groupswas compared respectively.Results The total effective rate (95.35%)in patients of study group was significantly higher than that in control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Disappeared time of abdominal pain and fever,eating time and hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).No serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment in two groups.Conclusion Raw Rhubarb plus retention enema of lactulose treating acute pancreatitis can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients,promote the recovery of patients and improve the curative effect.
