Abstract：Objective To explore the effect ofWeChat continue nursing improve on implant denture self-maintenance. Methods 122 patients with implant denture from January to December 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group，according to random number table，each group had 61 people.The control group was adopted traditional general nursingmodel，while the experimental group was adopted WeChat continue nursing based on the general nursing model，the performance of two group was analyzed and compared.Results The difference between two groups had no statistical significance on the implant day（P＞0.05），including health education and bacterial plaque index.After onemonth，the experimental group was better than that of control group on health education and bacterial plaque，with statistical significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion WeChat continue nursing could improve implant denture self-maintenance and keep the oral plant in long-time function.Meanwhile，it improves nurses′ability on study and communication，turns continue nursing into reality and increases nursing efficiency.
