Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing mode in the nursing management of ophthalmic clinic. Methods 200 patients in our hospital from May to December 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursingmanagement methods，each group of 100 cases.The observation group was given humanistic nursing interventionmode，and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The clinical nursing intervention effect of two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of patients and their families in the observation group was 100%，83%in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.In addition，quality score of nursing work and the incidence of medical dispute in the observation group also were significantly better than those in the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of humanistic nursing mode in the ophthalmic outpatient nursing management work can significantly improve patients′satisfaction rate，reduce the incidence of medical disputes and improve the quality of nursing work，it isworth promoting.
