Abstract:Objective To explore the personalized nursingmeasures on stomatitis after chemotherapy in leukemia patients. Methods From March 2012 to June 2015,60 leukemia patients for chemotherapy admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots.In the control group, conventional nursing was used, while in the observation group, personalized nursing was adopted. The hospital stay, disease remission time, and incidence of stomatitis after nursing in the two groupswere compared. Results In the observation group, the hospital stay and disease remission time were both greatly better than those of control group. The incidence of stomatitis in leukemia patients in the observation group was 16.67%,much lower than that of control group accounting for 50.00% (P<0.05).Conclusion For leukemia patients, application of personalized nursing can obtain a favorable effect, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing after chemotherapy.
