Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Aricept combined with Oxiracetam in treatment of cerebral infarction after cognitive impairment.Methods 84 cases diagnosed as suffering from cerebral infarction and associated with cognitive disorder in our hospital in June 2014 to February 2016 were divided into two groups，44 cases in the observation group，40 cases in the control group，the course of treatment in the control group were only taken Oxiracetam，orally twice daily，each 800 mg，and observation group was treated with oral processing applications combined with Oxiracetam drugs，including Aricept every night before going to bed，taking 5 mg，Oxiracetam dosage was the same as that of the control group.Two groups of treatment duration was 21 d for a course of treatment.Before and after treatment，the simple intelligent status scale （MMSE）and the daily life activity scale （ADL）in the two groups of patientswere compared.Results After treatment，the two groups of patientswith MMSE and ADL were better than before treatment，the observation group and control group patients in cognitive impairment improvement had statistical difference （P＜0.05）.The total effect rate of observation group （81.7%）was higher than that of control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Aricept combined with Oxiracetam in treatment of cerebral infarction patientswith cognitive impairment has obvious effect，it can improve the ability in patients with activities and the level of quality of life，with curative effect，and has promotion value.
