Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of etomidate emulsion combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy. Methods 120 patients who voluntary implemented painless gastroscopy from October 2015 to March 2016 in our hospitalwere selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different anesthesia medication,60 cases in each group. The control group was given etomidate emulsion, and the observation group was further given butorphanol on the basis of the control group. The anesthesia effects and incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared respectively. Results There was no significant difference in the disappearance time of consciousness between the two groups(P>0.05).The sleep time, waking time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative indexes of MAP,HR and SpO2between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of the adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.0%in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effects of etomidate emulsion combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy is ideal, which has little impact on patients and with low incidence rate of adverse effects. It is worth to popularize and application.
