Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of lumen rubble nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stone. Methods 72 kidney stone patients from January 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional incision nephrolithotomy, the observation group was given lumen rubble nephrolithotomy. The operation time, bleeding volume during operation, hospital stay, stone clearance rate,VAS score and the incidence rate of urinary tract infection in the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The bleeding volume during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The stone clearance rate after operation for 4 weeks in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the incidence rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Using lumen rubble nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stone can not only clean stone effectively, but also alleviate the pain during and after operation, reduce the incidence rate of urinary tract infection.
