Effect observation on improvement of postoperative functional exercise compliance of patients with breast cancer by performing breast classes

Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of performing breast classes on improvement of postoperative functional exercise compliance of patients with breast cancer.Methods 43 patients from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as control group,and were given routine health education of written materials such as photo album,health education sheets,etc.45 patients from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as observation group,and were given breast classes from preoperative intervention,including give lessons,role play,peer education and WeChat classes.The postoperative functional exercise compliance rates,and recovery degrees of shoulder joint and muscle force of two groups were evaluated and analyzed.Results By interactive learning of breast classes,the functional exercise compliance rate,and recovery rates of shoulder joint and muscle force were 95.6%,84.5%,and 91.0%,respectively,in the observation group,which were significantly higher than the 86.1%,72.1%,and 84.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Performing breast classes can improve the postoperative functional exercise compliance of patients with breast cancer,reduce incidence of movement dysfunction of affected limb,and improve life quality of patients.
