Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of mental nursing and heath care in patients with colpomycosis and provide the theory basis on the high quality nursing.Methods 144 patients with colpomycosis treated from July 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into test group and control group，72 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing；on the basis，the test group also adopted the mental nursing and heath care.The point of SAS，nursing satisfaction and clinical effect for two groups was compared.Results Before and after intervention，the point of SAS for control group was（53.7±0.6）scores and（52.4±0.8）scores；before and after intervention，the point of SAS for test group was（54.3±0.8）scores and（32.5±0.3）scores（P＜0.05）；Before and after intervention，the point of SAS for two groups was significantly different（P＜0.05）；the nursing satisfaction for test group （95.8%，69/72）was significantly higher than that of control group （84.7%，61/72）（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the nursing effect was significantly different（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing，the mental nursing and heath care can improve the clinical effect in patients with colpomycosis and has a higher nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
