Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effect of uterine artery blockage under laparoscope assisting on myomectomy.Methods From January to December 2015，78 patients with myoma of uterus in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into traditional group and research group in random.In the traditional group，traditional abdominal myomectomy was used，while in the research group，uterine artery blockage under laparoscope assisting on myomectomy was adopted.The surgical conditions and postoperative rehabilitation effect in two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative amount of bleeding，time of operation，postoperative exhaust time，hospital stays between two groups have a statistical difference （P＜0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications，recurrence rate of tumor after surgery，and follicle stimulating hormone，luteinizing hormone，inhibin B between two groups were displayed statistical differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Uterine artery blockage under laparoscope assisting on myomectomy can obtain an excellent effect.It can improve postoperative therapeutic effect and doesn′t have influence on ovarian function，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
