Abstract:Objective To study the compliance and clinical efficacy of clinical pharmacy intervention in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 240 cases of hyperlipidemia patents in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group of 120 cases and control group of 120 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with clinical pharmacy,at the same time the control group were treated by blank clinical pharmacy intervention. After and before the intervention, drug compliance score, the level of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were compared between the two groups. The statistical analysis was treated. Results The medication compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than before the invention on clinical pharmacy(P<0.05).Compared with the same period of the control group,it was also significantly improved(P<0.05).After the intervention the TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased than before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group patients were much lower on the TC,LDL contrast. Conclusion The effect of the clinical pharmacy intervention on the hyperlipidemia and blood lipid levels are significantly improved, which can improve the patient′s medication process, improve the clinical effects and is very important to the clinical medical work.
