Abstract:Objective To study the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in clinical diagnosis silent myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods 140 patients from September 2014 to September 2015 of our hospital were selected. The SMI patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, and each group was 70 cases.Patients in control group were used routine electrocardiogram for examination, and patients in observation group were used dynamic electrocardiogram for examination. The detection rate in two groups and dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results in observation group were analyzed. Results The detection rate in observation group was 94.28%,higher than 68.57%in control group, and the detection rate between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Silent myocardial ischemia occurred total of 641 times, heart rate more than 100/min counted for about 374 times (58.35%);heart rate between 65 to 100/min counted for about 175 times(27.3%);heart rate less than 65/min counted for about 92 times(14.35%),the incidence of myocardial ischemia had positive related with heart rate. The silent myocardial ischemia occurred 641 times, the percentage of myocardial ischemia among four times were respectively 48.83%,10.61%,19.97%and 20.60%.The incidence of myocardial ischemia in the period from 6:00 obviously higher than other periods with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using dynamic electrocardiogram in clinical monitoring silent myocardial ischemia, can identify silent myocardial ischemia early, which enhances the detection rate of silent myocardial ischemia and has great meaning for the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia.
