Abstract:Objective To study the nursing effect of humanistic nursing in obstetric care and provide the basis for c1inica1 practice.Methods From September 2014 to September 2015,data from 118 puerperae treated in our hospita1 were se1ected and ana1yzed.They were even1y divided into contro1 group and experimenta1 group by a random number tab1e. In the contro1 group,regu1ar nursing was adopted,whi1e in the experimenta1 group,humanistic nursing was app1ied.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in score of anxiety or depression (P>0.05).In the experimenta1 group,the scores of anxiety and depression after nursing were great1y 1ower in comparison with those in the contro1 group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimenta1 group was 94.92%,significant1y higher than that of contro1 group accounting for 76.27%(P<0.05).The rates of natura1 birth and breastfeeding in the experimenta1 group were much higher than those of contro1 group(P<0.05).The rates of cesarean section and artificia1 feeding were remarkab1y 1ower compared with those in the contro1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of obstetric care,app1ication of humanistic nursing can obtain a favorab1e effect.It can a11eviate anxiety and depression as we11 as pain in puerperae and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and app1ication.
