Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair in the treatment of adult tooth. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital，88 cases of adult dental patients were randomly divided into A，B two groups，44 cases in each group.The A group was treated with orthodontic treatment alone，while the B group was treated combined orthodontic treatment with repair.The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment，the total effective rate of the B group was 97.73%，significantly higher than that of the A group with 75.00%，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction score of the B group（9.23±1.14）scores was higher than that of the A group（5.43±0.14）scores，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of adult dental orthodontic use of oral orthodontic treatment combined with repair can enhance the treatment effect，so that patients satisfaction improve.
