Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in treating nongonococcal urethritis. Methods 80 non-gonococcal urethritis patients from February 2014 to August 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with azithromycin; The observation group was given azithromycin+vaginal suppository. The treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.00%,obvious higher than 75.00%in control group and the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence rate of adverse effect in observation group was 2.50%,obvious lower than 7.50%in the control group and the difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in treating non-gonococcal urethritis can get more precise clinical effects, with low incidence rate of adverse effect and can promote the recovery of patients faster.
