Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 58 gastrointestinal illness patients from January 2011 to January 2015 of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.37 cases in observation group were given improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis and 21 cases in control group were given standard jejunum Roux-en-Y stomach anastomosis.Perioperative indicators, incidence rate of postoperative complications and postoperative life quality score in two groups were compared. Results The average operation time in observation group was less than that in control group[(271.42±24.47)min vs (362.39±41.28)min],the average bleeding during operation was less than that in control group[(281.29±38.21)ml vs (393.31±37.86)ml],the incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group was obvious lower than that in control group, while the postoperative life quality score was obvious higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Using improved gastric jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis for gastrointestinal illness patients can enhance the safety and reliability of surgery, improve postoperative life quality of patients and is worth to further popularize and use in clinical.
