Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of lesion degree of coronary angiography and cardiovascular risk factor in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 4799 elderly patients underwent coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the research group,3589 cases of them were diagnosed as coronary heart disease, accounted for 74.79%in the total number, included 2188 male patients and 1401 female patients. The correlation of lesion degree of coronary angiography and cardiovascular risk factors in elderly patients was analyzed with one-way analysis of variance and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Single risk factor analysis showed that the age, sex, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, smoking, high TC,high LDL-C and low HDL-C were correlated with the count of coronary artery disease(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the age, sex, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high TC and smoking were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease (P<0.05),among them, type 2 diabetes was the most significant independent risk factor(P<0.05).After grouped by gender,Logistic regression analysis showed that type 2 diabetes remained a significant independent risk factor for coronary heart disease in men (P<0.05),type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and smoking were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease in women (P<0.05). Conclusion Type 2 diabetes is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, more prominent in the female group, smoking, hypertension, high TC and age should not be ignored.
