Objective To explore the effect of different doses of Vitamin C on the inflammatory indexes and severity of the patients with pulmonary infectivity of sepsis. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with pulmonary infectious sepsis admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into group A and group B according to the different doses.Patients who received low-dose vitamin C were enrolled in group A (40 cases),and patients who received high-dose Vitamin C were enrolled in group B(42 cases). The central venous pressure (CVP),serum index (lactic acid and vitamin C [VitC]),inflammation indexes (Creactive protein [CRP]and procalcitonin [PCT]),acute physiology and chronic health status scale Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ)scores and central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2) levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 7 days of treatment. Results Compared of CVP,serum VitC,lactate level,CRP,PCT,APACHE Ⅱscore,ScvO2 between the two groups before treatment, and the comparison of CVP,serum VitC,lactate levels,CRP,PCT,APACHEⅡ,ScvO2 between the two groups after 7 days of treatment, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the levels of CVP,serum VitC and ScvO2 in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of lactic acid,CRP,PCT and APACHE Ⅱwere lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin C adjuvant therapy for patients with pulmonary infectivity of sepsis can increase the VitC content in the body, correct the patient′s hypotension and acidosis, reduce the body′s inflammatory response level, improve the patient′s blood oxygen content and lung function, reduce the severity of the disease, and the effect of large or small doses is equivalent.
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery on immune function and serum levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis. Methods A total of 89 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis treated in Liaoning Health Industry Group Fukuang General Hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected, and divided into the control group (n=44) and the observation group(n=45) by the random number table method. The control group underwent routine laparotomy, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. The clinical indicators were compared between the two groups, and the immune function, serum IL-8,and TNF-α levels before and 72 h after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The incision length and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group at 72 h after operation;at 72 h after operation, the serum levels of immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and the serum IgM and IgG levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 72 h after operation;at 72 h after operation, the levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and the levels of serum IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 72 h after operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis, which can improve the patient′s immune function, reduce the serum IL-8 and TNF-α levels, inhibit the body′s inflammatory response, and promote the patient′s recovery.
Objective To investigate the effects of manual reduction and surgical reduction on patients with distal radius fracture. Methods A total of 84 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Mudanjiang Forestry Central Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into manual reduction group (42 cases) and surgical reduction group (42 cases).Patients in the manipulative reduction group received manipulative reduction therapy, while patients in the surgical reduction group received surgical reduction therapy.Operation time, operation cost, fracture healing time, the total incidence of complications rate, wrist range of motion and pain were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, wrist range of motion score of two groups was higher than that before treatment, and pain score was lower than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The operative time of the surgical reduction group was longer than that of the manual reduction group, the operation cost was higher than that of the manual reduction group, and the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the manual reduction group, the total incidence of complications rate was lower than that of the manual reduction group, the wrist range of motion score was higher than that of the manual reduction group, and the pain score was lower than that of the manual reduction group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with distal radius fractures, surgical reduction is more effective and pain scores are lower.
Objective To sketch out the clinical application of 3D printing technology based on MRI of Orthopedics and Traumatology Department by means of literature retrieval,in order to provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of precise medical treatment in Orthopedics and Traumatology Department. Methods The databases of China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang and VIP were retrieved from January 1,2015 to September 30,2019,and key words were "3D printing" "three-dimensional printing" "additive manufacturing" "magnetic resonance" "magnetic resonance imaging".A total of 18 literatures related to Orthopedics and Traumatology Department were included in the review. Results 3D printing technology based on MRI was mainly used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases and clinical teaching in Orthopedics and Traumatology Department. Conclusion 3D printing technology based on MRI can not only be used for surgical preoperative planning, assisted determination of operative plan, but also printing individualized guides, prostheses and implants to improve the effect of orthopaedics and traumatology surgery.
