Objective To explore the effect of support intervention based on network platform on breastfeeding effect of primipara.Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of primiparas treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(52 cases)according to different intervention methods,the control group was treated with conventional intervention method,the observation group was treated with conventional intervention+support intervention based on web platform.The breastfeeding effect and breastfeeding scores were compared between the two groups.Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the breastfeeding knowledge score and breastfeeding operation score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supportive interventions based on the web platform can increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in primiparas,improve breastfeeding knowledge and operation scores.
