Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of quantitative assessment guiding double point nursing in adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to Shangrao Third People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the test group was treated with quantitative assessment guiding double point nursing,and the observed indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment total compliance of adolescents with schizophrenia after intervention in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of psychotic symptoms and quality of life in the test group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of quantitative assessement guiding double point nursing in adolescents with first-episode of schizophrenia can significantly improve the treatment compliance,and promote the improvement of psychotic symptoms and quality of life.
