综合护理在自身免疫性脑炎患者临床护理中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨综合护理在自身免疫性脑炎（AE）患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月～2019年10月沈阳市第一人民医院收治的90 例AE 患者作为研究对象，按照入院治疗先后顺序分成对照组（45 例）与观察组（45 例）。两组均接受静脉注射免疫球蛋白方案，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，比较两组护理满意度、护理质量、护理前后认知功能障碍评分。结果观察组的护理总满意度和护理质量（基础护理、专业护理、护理安全与护理质量）评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组护理前的认知功能障碍评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组护理后的智商（IQ）、记忆商（MQ）评分高于对照组，脑损害程度（DQ）评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理可提高AE 患者满意度和护理质量，改善认知功能，推广应用价值较高。

Abstract： Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in clinical nursing of patients with autoimmune encephalitis （AE）. Methods A total of 90 patients with AE admitted to Shenyang First People′s Hospital,Liaoning Province from June 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases) according to the order of patients′ admission treatment. Both groups received intravenous immunoglobulin. The control group adopted routine nursing and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group. The nursing satisfaction, nursing quality and cognitive dysfunction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing total satisfaction and nursing quality (basic care, professional care, nursing safety and nursing quality) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The cognitive dysfunction score before nursing between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). The intelligence quotient (IQ) and memory quotient (MQ)scores in observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, and the degree of brain lesion(DQ) score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the satisfaction and quality of care of patients with AE, improve cognitive function obviously, and have high value in popularization and application.
