早期康复护理干预管理在脑瘫高危儿中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨早期康复护理干预管理在脑瘫高危儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月～2020年7月沈阳市儿童医院收治的60例脑瘫高危儿作为研究对象，依据随机纸片法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规康复护理干预，观察组给予早期康复护理干预管理。比较两组干预前后的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果。比较观察组不同年龄接收康复护理管理患儿的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果。结果干预后，两组的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果高于本组干预前，观察组的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，年龄≤1岁患儿的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果高于本组干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但年龄＞1岁患儿的干预前后神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），年龄≤1岁患儿的神经发育评分、发育评分、贝利评估结果、丹佛模式评估结果高于年龄＞1岁患儿，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复护理干预管理有利于脑瘫的神经功能恢复，可改善脑神经损伤、促进生长发育，特别是对年龄≤1岁患儿，护理干预效果更好。

Abstract：Objective To explore application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention management in high risk with cerebral palsy.Methods The 60 cases of cerebral palsy high-risk infants in Shenyang Children′s Hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were selected as study objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random slip method,30 cases in each group.Routine rehabilitation nursing intervention was given the control group,rehabilitation nursing intervention management in early stage was given the observation group.The neurodevelopment score,development score,bayley scales of infant development,denver model scales of children in the two group before and after intervention were compared.The neurodevelopment score,development score,bayley scales of infant development,denver model scales of observation group for receiving rehabilitation care management in different age were compared.Results After intervention,the neurodevelopment scores,development scores,Bayley scale scores of infant development,Denver model scale scores of control group and observation group were higher than those before intervention in the same group,neurodevelopment score,development score,Bayley scale score,Denver model scale score of infant development of observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05).After intervention,neurodevelopment score,development score,Bayley scale score,Denver model scale score of infant development of children in age ≤1,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05),but neurodevelopment score,Development score,Bayley scale score,Denver model score of infant development of children in age＞1 were compared,the differences were no statistical significance (P＞0.05),neurodevelopment score,development score,Bayley scale score,Denver model scale score of infant development of children in age ≤1 were higher than those in age ＞1,the differences were statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion The cerebral palsy high-risk infants by rehabilitation nursing intervention management in early stage are favourable to recover of cerebral palsy high-risk infants neural function,which could improve cerebral nerve injury,promote growth and development,in particular age≤1 children，nursing intervention effect is good.
