ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation etween ventilation function and blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, atherosclerosis degree in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep apnea.Methods32 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep apnea treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were collected as group A,43 patients with simple cerebral infarction were selected as group B,and 50 healthy subjects who received:physical examination in our hospital during the same period were collected as normal control group.Ventilation function index, blood lipid metabolism index and insulin resistance index and ultrasonic atherosclerosis parameter of three groups were determined.Pearson method was used to assess the correlation between ventilation function and blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and atherosclerosis parameter in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by sleep apnea.ResultsVentilation function indexes FEV1and FEV1/FVC level of group A and group B were lower than those of normal control group(P<0.05),blood lipid metabolism indexes such as TC,TG and LDL-C content in peripheral blood were higher than those of normal control group (P<0.05),while HDL-C content were lower than those of normal control group(P<0.05).FINS and HOMA-IR level in peripheral blood were higher than those of normal control group(P<0.05).Ultrasonic atherosclerosis parameter such as IMT,AC and PWVβ level were higher than those in normal control group, and the above changes in group A were greater than those in group B (P<0.05).Pearson test showed that the ventilation function level in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by sleep apnea were directly correlated with the blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and atherosclerosis severity.ConclusionThere are ventilation function inhibition in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by sleep apnea, and the specific state of ventilation is directly correlated with disease severity indicators such as blood lipid metabolism, insulin resistance, atherosclerosis and so on.
