Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tendon transplantation and reconstruction in the treatment of old lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint.Methods A total of 68 patients with old ankle lateral collateral ligament injury admitted in the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from April 2015 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group (33 cases) and the observation group (35 cases).The control group adopted traditional plaster fixation method,and the observation group adopted the reconstruction method of tendon transplantation.The curative effect,ankle joint function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 78.79% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The ankle joint function score scale (AOFAS) scores of the two groups before treatment were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The AOFAS scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The AOFAS score of the observation group at 4,24,48 weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of old ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury adopts the reconstruction method of tendon transplantation,which has a significant therapeutic effect,promotes the recovery of the patient′s ankle joint function without increasing complications.
