Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of operating room quality nursing mode on wound healing and recovery, complications and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods A total of 186 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 93 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing intervention in the operating room, and the experimental group gave high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room on the basis of basic measures. The wound healing, complication incidence and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Surgical incision healing in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.15%,higher than that in the control group(10.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.77%,higher than that of the control group (75.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in the operating room significantly improved the wound healing rate of patients, significantly reduced complications, and patients'satisfaction with nursing services was higher.
