Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of oral different doses of Dacronin Hydrochloride Mucilage in colonoscopy. Methods From July 1 to December 31, 2018, 843 patients who underwent colonoscopy in the digestive department of our hospital were randomly divided into high dose group (288 cases), low dose group (281 cases) and control group (274 cases). All the patients in each group were prepared with Polyethylene Glycol before operation.A total of 40 ml and 100 ml warm water were given to the high dose group 1 hour before enteroscopy, and 20 ml and 100 ml warm water were given to the low dose group. The control group did not take Dacronin Hydrochloride Mucilage, did not take any measures. The colonoscopy was performed by the same senior endoscopic surgeon to evaluate the grade of intestinal foam and the score of intestinal cleanliness, and the colonoscopy time, operation time and polyp detection rate of the three groups were recorded and compared. Results The foam quantity grade of the high dose group and the low dose group were better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The grade of intestinal foam volume in the high-dose group was better than that in the low-dose group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Boston bowel preparation scale (BBPS) scores of the high dose group, the low dose group and the control group were (7.84±0.97), (7.96±1.04) and (7.88±1.09) points, respectively. There were no significant differences in BBPS scores among the three groups (P >0.05).There was no significant difference in colonoscopy time in the three groups (P>0.05).The colonoscopy time of the high dose group and the low dose group was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The colonoscopy time of the high dose group was shorter than that of the low dose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of total polyps and micropolyps in the high dose group was not significantly different from that in the low dose group (P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions such as dizziness, headache, chest tightness, palpitations and drug allergy occurred in the high dose group and the low dose group.Among all the patients, 11 patients experienced nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and other discomfort during intestinal preparation, including 3 patients in the high dose group, 5 patients in the low dose group and 3 patients in the control group, which were considered to be related to the preparation of taking a large amount of water into the intestinal tract in a short period of time, but not related to the oral administration of dacronin hydrochloride pulp and glue. Conclusion Dacronin Hydrochloride Mucilage can effectively remove intestinal foam and improve the detection rate of intestinal polyps and micropolyps, and the effect of oral 40 ml Dacronin Hydrochloride Mucilage in removing intestinal foam is better than that of 20 ml.
