Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of artificial double-action femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly patients. Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into two groups by lottery method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group used artificial double-action femoral head replacement for treatment. The rate of treatment, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of stay and the incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group(97.87%)was higher than that in the control group(74.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time and living time of the elderly patient in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.13%)was lower than that in the control group (27.66%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with femoral neck fracture choose double acting femoral head arthroplasty treated,in improving the rate of good treatment, reduce the intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce the surgical complications get exact effect, thereby promoting improved disease in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and rehabilitation.
