阿托伐他汀治疗慢性硬膜下血肿术后残血的效果

摘要目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗慢性硬膜下血肿术后残血的效果。方法选取2015年3月～2017年11月新兴县人民医院及云浮市人民医院收治的56例钻孔引流术（BHID）患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组各28例。对照组采用常规术后治疗方法，观察组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀。定期随访12周，比较两组患者术后残血量、Markwalder分级和复发情况。结果观察组术后残血量（第6周、第12周）少于对照组，Markwalder分级（第12周）优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀可减少慢性硬膜下血肿术后残血量，改善脑神经功能，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on the postoperative residual hematoma in patients with chronic subdural hematoma.Methods A total of 56 patients who received burr hole irrigation and drainage (BHID)in the People′s Hospital of Xinxing County and the People′s Hospital of Yunfu City from March 2015 to November 2017 were selected as research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine postoperative treatment.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of regular follow-up,the postoperative residual hematoma,Markwalder grading and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The residual hematoma (6thweek,12thweek)of the observation group was less than that in the control group,Markwalder grading (12thweek)was superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can reduce the amount of residual hematoma after chronic subdural hematoma,improve brain function,worthy of clinical promotion.
