Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of touch and blue light irradiation on serum total bilirubin level and growth and development of hyperbilirubinemia neonates.Methods70 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. All of them were given blue ray and routine care, while newborns in observation group were given touching care additionally. The total serum bilirubin was detected before and after treatment.Daily weight, daily intake of milk, daily stool frequency and daily sleep duration were used to evaluate the growing development. Results Total serum bilirubin between two groups had no difference before treatment(P>0.05),and total serum bilirubin in observation group were lower than that in control group after 1 and 3 days treatment(P<0.05).Daily weight, daily intake of milk, daily stool frequency and daily sleep duration had no difference before treatment(P<0.05),and all of them in observation were better than those in control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Touching combined with blue ray is be conducive to decreasing total serum bilirubin, and promoting the growing development via improving weight growth, milk intake, stool frequency and sleep time.
