Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing intervention in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Eighty-eight children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to department of neonatology in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected as subjects. They were evenly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The children in the control group were treated with neonatal disease routine nursing mode, while children in the observation group were treated with personalized nursing model. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse events and patient′s families satisfaction were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The total therapeutic effectiveness rate in the observation group was 90.9%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 70.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the nursing satisfaction of patient′s families was 95.5%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 79.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.3%,which was lower than that in the control group of 18.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing intervention during the treatment in children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and increase the nursing satisfaction of patient′s families in a remarkable effect, which is worthy of exploration and clinical application.
