Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of patients with early-onset preeclampsia. Methods A total of 160 early-onset preeclampsia patients admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to November 2016 were selected as research objects. They were divided into research group and control group according to a random number table method, with 80 cases each group. In the research group,Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Magnesium Sulfate were used, while in the control group,Magnesium Sulfate was adopted. The blood pressure, coagulation function and renal function index were compared in the two groups, and the complications of the two groups were also compared. Results Before and after treatment, the prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and fibrinogen level of patients in two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and D-dimer were not statistically different(P>0.05),while after therapy, the levels of the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and D-dimer in the research group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in renal function before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen, uric acid and serum creatinine after therapy of patients in two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the research group, the levels of 24-hour urinary protein and urinary protein/creatinine were both lower compared with those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For earlyonset preeclampsia patients,Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with Magnesium Sulfate can obtain a great effect, significantly improve coagulation and renal function and safeguard patient′s prognosis.
