Abstract:Objective To study the early expression level of miR-1 in AMI patients and to explore the possibility and clinical meaning of it for the early diagnosis standard for AMI.Methods 40 AMI patients,40 anginal patients and 40 health people from July 2013 to July 2014 of cardiology department in our hospital were selected.The serum samples were collected at 1,2,6,12 and 24 hours after acute chest pain.The expression of serum miR-1,CK-MB and cTnI were tested by using RT-PCR.The relationship between serum miR-1,CK-MB and cTnI was analyzed.The clinical value of serum miR-1 expression level in early diagnosis AMI was explored.Results The relative expression level of serum miR-1 in AMI patients was 1.77±0.52,obvious higher than that were respectively 0.19±0.04 and 0.57±0.09 in health people and anginal patients (P<0.05).After the onset of illness,the serum miR-1 increased fast and reached a peak around 12 h after the onset of chest pain;Pearson relevant analysis showed that serum miR-1 expression of AMI patients had positive relationship with CK-MB and cTnI(P<0.05).Conclusion MiR-1 in AMI patients with high expression,which can well reflect the AMI myocardial injury and can be a new measuring marker for AMI.
