Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect on methods of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 70 cases of endometriosis in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，35 cases in each group.The control group was given gestrinone，the treatment group was given Sugan Huohua decoction of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi.The score of pain，the level of CA125 and PRL，the change of pelvic mass before and after treatment，the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared.Results The score of pain after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.01）.The score of pain after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.01）.The diameter of the pelvic mass after treatment in the two groups was less than that before treatment，the level of CA125 and PRL after treatment in the two groups was less than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The was no significant difference in the diameter of the pelvic mass，the level of CA125 and PRL after treatment between the two groups（P＞0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group during the treatment period.Conclusion The effect of Shugan Huohua decoction of Sugan Huoxue with Huashi in the treatment of endometriosis is significant，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
